Eric entered the Real Estate Industry in 1979, immediately after obtaining his Marketing degree from Simon Fraser University. Eric graduated from the University of B.C.'s Urban Land Economics Program in 1984 and at that time achieved his R.I.(B.C.) designation which is granted by the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia to those members of the general real estate industry who have acquired the high level of experience and education demanded by the Institute. In 1988 Eric became a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and was granted the CRA designation (Canadian Residential Appraiser). Eric is also the recipient of the prestigious Sutton Group Platinum Award recognizing outstanding achievement. This award is only presented to the highest producing Sutton Group Agents (usually comprising the top 8% of Sutton Group Sales Associates).
